Looking for God’s Presence

One of the most meaningful habits I’ve developed is keeping a “Diary of God’s Presence.” 🌿💙

When I’m outside, I intentionally slow down and look for God’s presence. It might be the brilliant colors of a sunrise, the gentle breeze through the trees, a butterfly floating by, or the sound of birds greeting a new day. These moments remind me that God is always present, always faithful, and always at work.

I write down where I see Him.

Then, when life doesn’t unfold the way I hoped, I go back and read those entries. They remind me that the same God who painted the sky, calmed the sea, and created every living thing is still walking beside me today.

What if we taught the next generation to notice God’s presence instead of rushing past it? To pause…to wonder…to worship?

Nature has a way of drawing our hearts back to the Creator. It captures the very essence of worship.

✨ Today, I have a challenge for you: Step outside for just a few minutes. Look for the awe of God, write down what you notice, and keep your own Diary of God’s Presence. One day, those words may become the reminder your heart needs most.
