Nature is a Gift to You

Born a farmer’s daughter, I am blessed to be a farmer’s wife. My favorite place to be is outside, soaking up the sunshine, sucking in fresh air, and working with animals.

When I was in junior high, my grandma asked me a question one day when we were in the pasture feeding cows. She asked if I thought God had a favorite color. Grandma went on to explain that she thought God's favorite colors must be blue and green.

From where I was standing, everything I could see was a beautiful shade of blue or green. Eventually, her one inquiry completely changed my perception of God and how I appreciate Him. This is where the idea for my new book, "Believe In What You See," came from.
