Meet Debbie

Hi, I'm Debbie Feyh, a farmer's daughter, farmer's wife, an author, and a firm believer that God speaks through His creation.

I grew up in the flat lands of Kansas, where wide open skies and quiet fields taught me to listen. I was about 15 years old when my grandma asked me a question that changed my life. It was a beautiful summer day. Grandma and I were seated on hay bales as Grandpa drove us out to the pasture to feed cows. Grandma put her hand on my arm to get my attention, leaned over, and asked, “Deb, what do you think is God’s favorite color?” Her one question made me think about God as if He were a person with a personality. Grandma began to teach me to see God’s presence all around me in nature, totally changing my perspective of who I thought He was. I want to share this perspective with you. Our Heavenly Father, the Almighty Creator, never leaves us. He is always right beside you.

After years of loving nature walks, writing, and speaking about faith in the outdoors, I founded Go Experience Nature to help others find what I found: peace, purpose, and the presence of God in the natural world.
