Every Day is a Gift

Hello!

I was blessed to celebrate another birthday this week. God has granted me a new year of life.

My farmer husband did a great job and gave me gifts he found in an antique store. We enjoy perusing those places.

We run our own business, so at work, he brought in Varsity doughnuts from Manhattan, and all the guys signed a card.

The day ended over supper with several of our kids and all the granddaughters. My favorite place to be is with my family.

One of my favorite verses is Psalm 118:24. “This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”

This verse emphasizes gratitude and joy, reminding us that each day is a special gift from God, filled with potential and opportunities to experience His goodness. Encouraging us to look beyond our current circumstances and find our joy in the Lord. Knowing that true peace comes from His presence.
