My Story
Hey, friend! I'm Debbie Feyh.
I grew up as a shy farm girl who would happily spend hours outside, finding joy in the beauty of fields, trees, sunsets, and quiet country roads. Back then, I didn't realize those moments were about so much more than being in nature. God was gently drawing my heart to Him, revealing His character through everything He had created.
Looking back, I can see that nature became one of my greatest teachers. Every season, every sunrise, every winding stream, and every mountain carried reminders of God's faithfulness, His creativity, His peace, and His incredible love.
That lifelong journey inspired me to write Believe In What You See and create the Go Experience Nature nonprofit.
Today, my greatest joy is helping others slow down, step outside, and experience the presence of God in His creation. I truly believe that every sunrise whispers hope, every tree speaks of strength, every stream reminds us of His peace, and every mountain points us to the greatness of our Creator.
Whether you're here to deepen your faith, explore the beauty of nature, or simply catch your breath in a busy world, my prayer is that you'll discover what I have—that God's creation is far more than something beautiful to admire. It is a personal invitation to know the One who made it all.

The Mission
Go Experience Nature exists to help people — especially families — step outside, slow down, and discover the peace of God's presence in creation. We believe nature is God's classroom, and that every field of wheat, every birdsong, every quiet moment on a trail is an invitation to know Him better.
We help you to see and enjoy the peace of God's presence in nature.
The Nonprofit
Go Experience Nature is a faith-based nonprofit founded in Alma, Kansas. Through books, free resources, and our GEN Activities program — which brings grade-school kids outdoors for nature trails, fishing, farm visits, and more — we are building a community of people who know that getting outside is good for the soul.
