Have You Planted a Garden This Spring?
Have you planted a garden this spring? One would think that I could grow an awesome garden since I am married to a farmer. However, I tend to forget about it.
Although I do really well in the beginning, once July and August roll around, I totally forget to water and weed.
Or, I get so excited about the idea of eating fresh vegetables and strawberries that many times I end up planting too early. Then, I get to replant.
I have learned to purchase nicely sized plants. Then, I don’t have to wait as long for the produce.
What have you planted this year?
So far, I have a couple of “volunteer” potato plants that I forgot to dig up last summer, and I planted carrots and green beans from seeds.
